Recipe - Bread Polau Recipes, Bread Pulau Recipe, Bread Palau Recipe, Quick Recipes, Snacks Recipes, Breakfast Recipe, Bread Crumb Recipe

  1. Bread slices with edges - 2 to 4
  2. Tomato - tiny slices - 1
  3. Potato - tiny square slices - 1 to 2
  4. Onion - Sliced - 1
  5. Green Chili - chopped - 1 to 2magnificent bread crumbs
  6. Sugar - for taste
  7. Salt - for taste
  8. Oil
  9. Green Dhania Leaves /Coriander Leaves(optional) - Chopped
  10. Haldi Powder - a pinch or two.
In frying pan –
  • Heat 3 table spoons of oil.
  • Add potato slices and fry for few seconds till it softens a bit.
  • Add onion slices to that and fry a bit.
  • Add sliced tomatoes and green chili.
  • Dip the bread slices in a bowl of water and take out.
  • Crumble those slices into tiny pieces.
  • Add those slices to the frying pan.
  • Add a pinch of salt & sugar for taste and haldi powder for color.
  • Stir for a minute.
  • Cover it for 2 minutes.
Garnish it with chopped green dhania leaves. Now it’s ready to serve.

Note: If you want you can even add few ground nuts and peas while stirring. Registered & Protected
